Terms and Conditions – GamesPKR Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the GamesPKR platform, including the website at gamespkr.win, the GamesPKR mobile application, and any related services, promotions or communications provided by GamesPKR.

By accessing or using any part of the GamesPKR platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. This acceptance is binding from the moment you begin using the platform.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that both you and that person accept them in full. However, account registration and gameplay must be conducted by the account holder personally — accounts cannot be operated on behalf of a third party.

These Terms should be read alongside the GamesPKR Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms that apply to individual bonuses. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a GamesPKR account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. GamesPKR is strictly an adult platform and access is not permitted to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using an online gaming platform under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the GamesPKR platform, or have had a prior account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be registering an account for your own personal use only, using your own genuine identity and payment details.

GamesPKR reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at any time. If verification documents are requested, you are required to provide them promptly. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed.

Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of GamesPKR and its associated service providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to register and hold exactly one GamesPKR account. Registering more than one account — whether in the same name, a different name, or using different contact or payment details — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in all linked accounts being permanently suspended and any balances being voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and the payment details you intend to use. Providing false information at the time of registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without return of funds.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. GamesPKR will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact GamesPKR support immediately. Changing your password promptly in such circumstances is strongly recommended. GamesPKR cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Account details — including name, date of birth and national identity information — cannot be changed after registration without formal verification. If you believe there is an error in your registered details, contact support with the relevant documentation to initiate a correction request.

4 Deposits

All deposits on GamesPKR are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and cards where available. The full list of active deposit channels is displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. GamesPKR does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's verified identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. GamesPKR reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice provided within the platform.

• Deposits are generally credited to your GamesPKR balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and any technical delays outside GamesPKR's control.
• GamesPKR does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon credit to your account balance.

GamesPKR reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where deposits are considered unusually large or where transaction patterns appear irregular. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and on the Withdrawals page of the platform. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes identity verification, age verification and confirmation that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts that do not match your verified identity.

Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the bonus portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Your real-money balance that is not subject to wagering requirements can generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to any pending verification requirements.

• GamesPKR reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests.
• In cases where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

GamesPKR offers various promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and event-specific promotions tied to cricket seasons, PSL, T20 internationals and other relevant sporting events. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer.

The following general conditions apply to all GamesPKR bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• GamesPKR reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe the offer has been abused.

Attempting to exploit promotions through coordinated betting, multiple accounts, arbitrage or any other strategy that GamesPKR considers contrary to the spirit of the offer is a breach of these Terms. GamesPKR reserves the right to void any bets or winnings and close any accounts involved in such activity.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the GamesPKR platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, table games and any other titles in the library — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, physical randomisation overseen by professional dealers in real-time studios. Game outcomes are not influenced by GamesPKR after bets have been placed.

Return to Player (RTP) figures for slot titles reflect theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds. They do not guarantee that any individual player will receive a particular return during a session. Short-term results can and frequently do deviate significantly from theoretical RTP.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnections, server errors or software faults — the game session may be voided and any stakes involved refunded. GamesPKR cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to all games at all times and does not accept liability for losses resulting from technical issues that are beyond its reasonable control.

• Placing bets constitutes acceptance of the specific rules of that game.
• Winnings are calculated according to the game rules at the time the bet was placed.
• Disputed game outcomes must be raised with support within 30 days of the session in question.
• GamesPKR's records of game sessions are considered the authoritative record of outcomes in the event of any dispute.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GamesPKR platform. Engaging in any of these activities is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, voiding of balances and may result in further action where required:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker environments.
• Depositing funds that originate from unlawful activity or using the platform to attempt to launder money.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing GamesPKR staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Conducting transactions designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intention.

GamesPKR monitors account activity and transaction patterns for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, accounts may be suspended and funds held while an investigation is conducted. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly flagged may contact support to initiate a review.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

GamesPKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances in which an account may be suspended or closed include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete requested identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Activity suggesting the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Patterns of play that suggest abuse of promotional offers.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be voided. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification steps.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. If the closure request is made as a responsible gaming measure, it will be treated as a self-exclusion and handled accordingly, with re-opening subject to the cooling-off period policies applicable at the time.

10 Privacy and Data

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request access to the personal data GamesPKR holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data in circumstances where retention is no longer required. Such requests should be submitted to the support team with sufficient identification to process the request securely.

11 Responsible Gaming

GamesPKR is an entertainment platform. Gambling involves risk and it is possible to lose money. The platform is not intended to be used as a financial tool or income source, and no gaming session carries any guaranteed outcome. All players should approach the platform as entertainment, with a clear budget in mind and a time limit they are comfortable with before they begin.

GamesPKR provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week or month. The limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period after any change.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification when you have been playing for a set period of time, allowing you to make a conscious decision about whether to continue.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period you choose, after which access is automatically restored.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, GamesPKR's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the return of any real-money deposits made during the period directly relevant to the matter in dispute. GamesPKR is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from technical interruptions.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind arising from platform use.
• Losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.
• Any losses attributable to factors outside GamesPKR's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, device faults or payment provider delays.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

GamesPKR reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, notice will be provided to registered players via email or a notification within the platform.

Your continued use of the GamesPKR platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an update to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. GamesPKR recommends reviewing the Terms whenever you receive a notification about an update, and at least once every few months as a general practice.

14 Contact and Complaints

If you have a question about these Terms and Conditions, a dispute about a transaction or game outcome, or any other matter relating to your GamesPKR account, please contact the support team in the first instance. Support is available 24 hours a day and can assist with the majority of queries without escalation.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to the GamesPKR support team with full details of the matter, your account username, the relevant dates and any transaction or game references. GamesPKR will acknowledge a formal complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receiving all relevant information.
